- Chicken tender300 g
- Firm tofu300 g
- (A)Powdered cheese1 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)2 tsp
- (A)Black peppera pinch
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- (A)Starch60 g
- Frying oilas needed
- Ketchup1
- Garnish
- Lettuceas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the tendon from chicken tenders.
- 1. Roughly chop the chicken tenders.
- 2. Place firm tofu wrapped in paper towel on a heat-resistant plate, heat in a 600 W microwave for about 1 minute, and drain.
- 3. Cool the tofu from Step 2, place it in a bowl along with the chicken tenders and ingredient (A). mix them well with your hands, and roll into bite-sized balls.
- 4. Pour frying oil until it reaches about 3cm (1-inch) from the bottom of the pan and heat to 170°C. Add in the chicken and tofu balls made in Step 3 and fry until it is cooked through and turns golden brown.
- 5. Place lettuce and the fried chickens from Step 4 on a plate, place ketchup on the side and it is ready!
