- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)150 ml
How to make
- Prepare. Bring eggs to room temperature.
- 1. Add water, eggs, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat while stirring with long chopsticks.
- 2. Once it comes to a boil, boil over low heat for about 10 minutes to hard boil.
- 3. Put boiled egg in a bowl of ice water, stir, let it sit for about 3 minutes, and peel off the shells.
- 4. Put the boiling water in a pot, turn off the heat once it boils, add black tea, let it sit for 2 minutes, remove the tea, and add noodle soup base (mentsuyu).
- 5. Put Step 4 and the eggs in a storage bag with a zip, and when it cools down, put it in a refrigerator and let it marinate for half a day.
- 6. Cut it into any shape you like, place it on a plate and it's ready to serve.
