Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of miso to your liking. You can use shell-on shrimp instead if you don't have a whole shrimp. If you don't like spicy food, adjust the amount of green or powdered chili pepper. You may feel a burning sensation when touching green chili peppers, so we recommend that you wear plastic gloves or other gloves when cooking. Also, touching your eyes or mouth with hands that have touched chili peppers may cause pain. Please be careful when using these ingredients.
