- Japanese ginger (Myoga)2
- (A)Ponzu sauce50 ml
- (A)Water50 ml
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stem and seeds of the bell peppers.
- 1. Cut bell pepper and Japanese ginger (myoga) in half lengthwise.
- 2. Add sesame oil to a heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1.
- 3. When bell pepper is charred, add (A), bring to a boil over medium heat, and remove from heat.
- 4. Let it rest for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavor, then serve on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
