- Shredded pizza cheeze30 g
- Panko-breadcrumbsa pinch

- Curry
- Ground beef and pork mix200 g
- Onion1/2
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Curry powder1 tbsp
- Salted butter10 g
How to make
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- 1. Finely chop the onion.
- 2. Put the curry ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl, mix lightly, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes at 600 W. Take it out and mix well.
- 3. Layer the curry and gyoza wrappers on a heat-resistant plate so that the top is curry.
- 4. Finally, top with the cheese and panko-breadcrumbs, and cook in a oven at 220°C (430°F) for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
- 5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
・We made curry this time, but if you have leftover curry at home, you can use it. ・Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil. ・You can substitute other ground meat for ground beef and pork. ・Panko-breadcrumbs are added to brown the meat, so you don't need them.
