- Chinese noodles1 head(s)
- Hot wateras needed
- Thinly sliced pork100 g
- Wood ear mushroom80 g
- Onion30 g
- Chinese chive20 g
- Hot water500 ml
- (A)Miso1.5 tbsp
- (A)Red miso1.5 tbsp
- (A)Gochujang1 tbsp
- (A)Fried onions1 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix1 three finger pinch
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stems of wood ear mushrooms and cut them into bite-size pieces.
- 2. Chop onions finely.
- 3. Cut Chinese chives into 0.8-inch pieces.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add thinly sliced pork and stir-fry, and when the color changes, add Step 2.
- 5. When the onions become transparent, add hot water, ingredient (A), and Step 1, and heat.
- 6. Add Step 3, mix, and remove from heat when it comes to a boil.
- 7. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain.
- 8. Serve in a bowl, pour over Step 6, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of miso to your liking. You can substitute dried wood ear mushrooms if you don't have raw wood ear mushrooms.
