How to make
- Prepare. Heat udon according to the package directions and let it thaw.
- 1. Cut cabbage into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 2. Add and beat the egg in a large bowl.
- 3. Add udon, Step 1 and cheese for pizza and mix well.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, add Step 3, and cook while pressing down with a spatula.
- 5. When it starts to set, turn the heat up to high, brown udon, then flip them over. When both sides are browned and cooked through, remove from heat.
- 6. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. We used frozen udon noodles this time, but you can make it with whatever you like.
