- Rice300 g
- Curry
- Ground beef and pork mix200 g
- Onion1/2
- Carrot1/2
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Water200 ml
- Curry mix (Curry roux)30 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Cheese
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)10 g
- Milk20 ml

How to make
- Prepare. Peel carrot.
- 1. Mince the onion and carrot.
- 2. Into a medium-heated pan, add cooking oil, grated garlic, ground beef and pork mix and Step 1, then stir-fry.
- 3. When ground beef and pork mix is cooked through, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat, then add the curry roux. When the curry roux has melted and the flavors have blended, remove from the heat.
- 4. Mix the cheese ingredients one by one in a pot, then heat over low heat, and when the cheese has melted and everything is smooth, remove from the heat.
- 5. Place the rice on a plate, arrange Step 3, 4 on a plate, top with egg yolk, and it's ready to serve.
