- Potato3
- Chicken breast200 g
- Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Cooking sake2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
- 1. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 4 minutes at 600 W until tender.
- 2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Place in a bowl and season with sugar.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, then stir fry the chicken breasts until they change color.
- 4. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A), and stir fry over medium heat, then remove from heat when the chicken breasts are cooked through.
- 5. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with young green onions (konegi) and it's ready.
