Please adjust the amount as you like. Please adjust the amount of noodle soup base (mentsuyu) as you like. You can use the udon noodles of your choice such as dried noodles or pre-boiled noodles. If you don't like spicy food, please reduce the amount of cayenne pepper powder. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
