- (A)Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Cabbage250 g
- Onion1/2
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)20 g
- Beaten eggs1
- Panko-breadcrumbs50 g
- Frying oilas needed

- Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Shred the cabbage. Thinly slice the onion.
- 2. Sprinkle (A) on the pork loin.
- 3. Layer 2 pieces of Step 2 in 0.4-inch apart, top with Step 1, and roll. Spread 1 more piece of Step 2 and wrap.
- 4. Coat in the order of cake flour (pastry flour), beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Make 3 pieces in the same way.
- 5. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, heat to 170℃ (338°F), and add Step 4. Deep-fry for about 4 minutes, and when the pork loin is cooked, drain the oil.
- 6. Arrange on a plate, serve with garnish, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can also substitute pork loin to your favorite pork.
