- Pork shoulder100 g
- Firm tofu200 g
- Green shiso leaves8 sheets
- Salt2 three finger pinches
- Daikon radish100 g
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves and set aside.
- 1. Grate daikon radish.
- 2. Cut firm tofu into 8 pieces.
- 3. Put green shiso leaves and Step 2 on thinly sliced pork shoulder meat and roll.
- 4. Place the rolls in a heat-resistant container with the ends facing down, and sprinkle with salt. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes until pork belly is cooked through.
- 5. Transfer to a plate, top with drained Step 1, drizzle ponzu sauce, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi) and it's ready to serve.
