- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)3 tbsp
- (A)Yuzu pepper paste (Yuzu kosho)1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Drain quail eggs boiled in water.
- 1. Add water and (A) in a pot and heat over medium heat.
- 2. When it comes to a boil, add quail eggs boiled in water, simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and remove from heat.
- 3. When it cools down, add it in a zippered storage bag and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 4. When the flavors have blended, drain the juice, arrange it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you're not good at spicy food, please adjust the amount of yuzu kosho.
