- 2. Break up the shimeji mushrooms with your hands. Thinly slice the brown mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.
- 3. Boil a pot of water, add the salt, olive oil, and lasagna. Then boil it according to package directions, and place in a strainer.
- 4. Heat the olive oil and grated garlic in a pan over medium heat, and when it becomes fragrant, add the hashed beef and stir-fry. When the color of the beef changes, add Step 1 and stir-fry until the onion tenders.
- 5. Add Step 2 and stir-fry over medium heat. Add the canned diced tomatoes and ingredient (A) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the whipping cream (heavy cream), stir, and remove from heat when everything is blended.
- 6. Layer Step 5 and 3 alternately on a heat-resistant plate, pour the remaining Step 5 on top, and top with shredded pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until browned and warm throughout.
- 7. Sprinkle with parsley and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adding olive oil when boiling lasagna prevents it from sticking. Boiling time is based on the time indicated on the package. The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 220°C (430°F). Toasters have a limited space inside which makes the food close to the heat source, so it has a risk of smoke or catching fire due to oil dropping or splashing. Keep an eye on the toaster while it is heating.
