Ingredients 2 servings
- Salmon200 g
- White pepper1/4 tsp
- Olive oil2 tsp
- (A)Panko-breadcrumbs10 g
- (A)Powdered cheese6 g
- (A)Basil1/3 tsp
- (A)Parsley1/3 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garnish
- Mesclun greensas needed
How to make
- 1. Put ingredient (A) into a tray and mix.
- 2. Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with white pepper, coat with olive oil, and sprinkle with Step 1.
- 3. Heat the olive oil and grated garlic in pan over low heat, and when the garlic starts to smell, turn down the skin of Step 2 and cook over medium heat.
- 4. When it browns, flip it and cook over medium heat, then remove from heat when it's cooked through.
- 5. Serve in a dish, garnish with mesclun greens, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Since powdered cheese is added to the panko-breadcrumbs, please be careful not to burn it when baking.
