- Chicken thigh200 g
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)2
- Onion1/4
- (A)Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- (A)Ponzu sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Remove the stem and seeds of green bell peppers, cut in half, and cut into 0.2-inch pieces. Peel onion and cut into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 2. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Add (A) in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 2, sprinkle with salt and pepper mix, and cook until browned on both sides.
- 5. Add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat until the onion is softened.
- 6. Add Step 3 and stir-fry over medium heat until mixed well. When the chicken thighs are cooked and the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat, place on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can also substitute chicken thighs for chicken breast or chicken tenders.
