- Sandwich bread2 sheets
- Egg Mixture
- Banana1
- (A)Honey1 tbsp
- (A)Milk50 ml
- (A)Beaten eggs1
- Salted butter10 g
- Powdered sugaras needed
How to make
- 1. Cut the sandwich bread into 6 equal pieces.
- 2. Peel the banana, break it up with your hands in a heat-resistant bowl, and mash it with a fork. When it becomes a paste, add ingredient (A) and mix it together.
- 3. Add Step 1 and mix the egg mixture. Heat it in a microwave oven at 600 W for 30 seconds without covering it with plastic wrap. Take it out, mix it together, and heat it again in a microwave oven at 600 W for 30 seconds.
- 4. Melt salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat, then add Step 3 and cook.
- 5. When both sides are browned, remove from heat, place on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
