How to make

  1. 1. First we will make some chicken rice. Mince the onions and remove the stem and seeds from the green bell peppers and mince them.
  2. 2. Cut chicken breast into small bite sizes.
  3. 3. Add the ingredients from Step 1 & 2, and olive oil into a heat-resistant bowl. Cover the bowl loosely with a plastic wrap and cook it in a microwave at 600 W for about 3 minutes until the chicken breast is thoroughly cooked.
  4. 4. Add ketchup, salt and pepper mix. Mix everything together.
  5. 5. Add the rice and mix together.
  6. 6. Next we will make an omelet. Put the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix together.
  7. 7. Add olive oil into a pan heated over medium heat. Add the mixture from Step 6 and heat while mixing with a wooden spatula. Take it out once it becomes half-cooked.
  8. 8. Now we will make some demi-glace sauce. Pour red wine in the same pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  9. 9. Add ingredient (A) and simmer for about 2 minutes over low heat. Add salt-free butter and remove from the heat when it is fully mixed.
  10. 10. Place the rice and eggs from Step 5 & 7 on a plate, pour teh sauce from Step 9 on top. Finally, sprinkle some parsley and it's done!

Tips for cooking

You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
