- Potato100 g
- Wateras needed
- Boiled egg2
- Green part of Japanese leek20 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Mustard1 tsp
- (A)Granulated Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) powderas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the boiled egg.
- 1. Put potatoes in a pot with the skin on, pour enough water to cover them, and heat over high heat. Boil them until a bamboo skewer comes through, then drain the water.
- 2. Mince the green part of Japanese leek.
- 3. Peel Step 1, remove the sprouts, and cut into 0.8-inch cubes.
- 4. Mix ingredient (A) and Step 2 in a bowl.
- 5. Add the boiled egg and mix while breaking, then add step 3 and mix lightly.
- 6. Serve on a plate, sprinkle bell pepper (red or yellow) powder on it, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the seasoning to your liking. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
