- Green shiso leaves10 sheets
- 漬けだれ
- Sesame oil2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds2 tsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves.
- 1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the pickling sauce and mix well.
- 2. In another bowl, layer the green shiso leaves and Step 1 alternately, drop the lid with a plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- 3. Serve on a plate and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste. When making a drop lid with plastic wrap, make sure that it is firmly adhered to the ingredients.
