Tips for cooking

Peel the ginger as you like. You can substitute 1 Japanese consomme soup stock cube or 2 teaspoons of granulated Japanese consomme soup stock for the bouillon cube. You can use raw tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes, but the taste will vary depending on the moisture of the tomatoes, so please let it simmer while you taste it.
