  • Sesame oil

  • (A)Water
    100 ml
  • (A)Oyster sauce

  • (A)Soy sauce

  • (A)Sake
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix

How to make

  1. 1. Remove seeds and stems from Japanese green bell pepper (piman) and cut them into thin strips. Remove a stem from a carrot, remove the skin, and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Place stir-fry noodles (yakisoba) in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute at 600 W.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, lightly fry Step 2, and remove to a plate.
  4. 4. Add ground beef and pork mix to Step 3 pan over medium heat, and fry until cooked through.
  5. 5. Add Step 1 and bean sprouts to Step 4 and lightly fry over medium heat, then add an ingredient (A) and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Add starch and water mixture to Step 5, turn the heat high, and heat until thickened, then pour over Step 3, and it is ready.

Tips for cooking

Please make starch mixed with water with the ratio of 1 starch and 2 water. Also, check the thickness of the sauce and adjust the amount of start to your liking. Adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
