- Chuck roll150 g
- Burdock root100 g
- Konjac (Konnyaku)70 g
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Wash the burdock root clean.
- 1. Shave the burdock root and soak in water for 5 minutes.
- 2. Cut the konjac into thin strips about 0.2-inch wide.
- 3. Cut the beef into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add cooking oil.
- 5. Add step 3 and stir-fry until the color changes, then add Step 1 drained off water and stir-fry.
- 6. Add the konjac and mix, then add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
- 7. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi) and it is ready.
