- Sushi Rice
- Rice400 g
- Sushi vinegar2 tbsp
- Salmon150 g
- Avocado1/2
- Eggs1
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- Salad oil1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the skin and seed from the avocado.
- 1. Add sushi rice ingredients into a bowl, mix in a slicing motion, and let it cool.
- 2. Crack the egg into another bowl, add ingredient (A), and beat.
- 3. Heat a thin layer of cooking oil on a Japanese tamagoyaki omelet pan over high heat, pour in Step 2, spread it entirely, and cook. When both sides are lightly browned and cooked through, remove from heat.
- 4. Let it cool and slice Step 3 thinly.
- 5. Cut the avocado into 0.08-inch pieces.
- 6. Divide Step 1 into half, wrap in plastic wrap, and mold into long strips.
- 7. Open the plastic wrap, place half amount of Step 5 and salmon on top alternately, and wrap in plastic wrap again. Make another one in the same way and chill them in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 8. Cut into bite-sized pieces, place it on a plate, decorate with Step 4, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasonings to your liking. Thinly slice the toppings and mold it firmly, so that it blends well with sushi rice.
