- Ground pork100 g
- Eggs3
- Japanese leek5 cm
- For Ground Meat
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
- For Eggs
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut Japanese leeks into small pieces.
- 2. Coat a heated pan with cooking oil for the ground meat, add the ground meat and fry over medium heat until it changes color, then add Step 1 and season with salt and pepper mix.
- 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, break them up, add the sugar and soy sauce, and mix well.
- 4. Lightly coat a heated pan with cooking oil, pour in half of Step 3, heat over medium heat, and when it has hardened slightly, place Step 2 on top and roll it up.
- 5. Place Step 4 on the edge of the pan, coat with cooking oil, add all the remaining ingredients from Step 3, and roll, then remove from heat when the eggs are cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces, serve on a plate and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
You can make it delicious without leeks. In step 3, please mix well because the sugar does not dissolve easily. Please adjust the heat.
