- Potato250 g
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon40 g
- Boiled egg1
- Cucumber1/2
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)Mustard2 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the sprouts.
- 1. Place the potatoes in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600 W microwave for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Mash with a fork and let it cool.
- 2. Thinly slice cucumber.
- 3. Cut thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.4-inch pieces. Cook in a hot pan over high heat until golden brown, then remove from heat.
- 4. Mash boiled eggs with a fork.
- 5. Add an ingredient (A) to Step 1 and mix together. Add Step 2, 3, and 4 mix together, then serve on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please mix mayonnaise after the potatoes have cooled down to prevent mayonnaise from separating. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time until thoroughly cooked.
