  • Boiled egg

  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    3 tbsp
  • (A)Mustard
    2 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1/4 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the sprouts.
  2. 1. Place the potatoes in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600 W microwave for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Mash with a fork and let it cool.
  3. 2. Thinly slice cucumber.
  4. 3. Cut thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.4-inch pieces. Cook in a hot pan over high heat until golden brown, then remove from heat.
  5. 4. Mash boiled eggs with a fork.
  6. 5. Add an ingredient (A) to Step 1 and mix together. Add Step 2, 3, and 4 mix together, then serve on a plate, and it is ready.

Tips for cooking

Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please mix mayonnaise after the potatoes have cooled down to prevent mayonnaise from separating.
