- Chicken thigh300 g
- Onion1/2
- Lettuce2 sheets
- Seasoning Mix
- Sake1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Starch1 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces with your hands.
- 2. Cut the onion into 0.2-inch pieces and the chicken thighs into 6 equal pieces.
- 3. Mix the seasoning ingredients and Step 2 in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat the chicken thighs in a microwave oven at 600 W for 5 minutes until cooked through.
- 5. Place Step 1 and 4 on a plate, cover with young green onions (konegi), and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
