- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Milk1/2 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt1/3 tsp
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1/4 tsp
- bonito flakes4 g
- Roasted white sesame seeds1/2 tsp
- Nori seaweed1/2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Grind bonito flakes in a mortar until they become fine.
- 2. Add the egg and ingredient (A) to a heat-resistant bowl, mix in cake flour (pastry flour), mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 1 minute at 600 W until it is hardened.
- 3. Strain with a strainer.
- 4. Heat a pan over low heat, add Step 3, and roast for about 15 minutes until dry, then add Step 1 and white roasted sesame seeds, and continue to cook for about 1 minute until the taste is blended. Turn off the heat, add nori seaweed, mix, serve on a plate, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. When you are roasting, please try continuing to stir to prevent it from burning.
