How to make

  1. 1. Grind bonito flakes in a mortar until they become fine.
  2. 2. Add the egg and ingredient (A) to a heat-resistant bowl, mix in cake flour (pastry flour), mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 1 minute at 600 W until it is hardened.
