- Sea bream100 g
- Base Seasoning
- Japanese versatile dashi base (Shiro-dashi)1/2 tbsp
- Light soy sauce1 tsp
- Tororo kombu10 g
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Break up tororo kombu with your hands.
- 2. Cut sea bream into 0.3-inch wide strips.
- 3. Put Step 2 and seasoning ingredients in a tray, rub well with your hands, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle Step 1 and 3, which have been lightly wiped with a paper towel, into a bowl and mix everything.
- 5. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with young green onions (konegi), and it is ready.
