- Rice400 g
- Spicy pollack roe50 g
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil70 g
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1.5 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves8 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Drain the oil from the tuna flakes.
- 1. Cut off stems of green shiso leaves.
- 2. Remove the skin from spicy pollack roe with a spoon.
- 3. Add rice, Step 2, tuna flakes marinated in oil, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) in a bowl, then mix together.
- 4. Wrap it in plastic wrap and mold it into a 0.8-inch diameter cylinder, then cut it into 1-inch wide pieces.
- 5. Wrap Step 1 around Step 4, put it on a plate, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. If you don't like spicy food, you can use salted pollack roe instead of spicy pollack roe.
