How to make
- 1. Shred cabbage.
- 2. Put dough ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Add Step 1, tempura bits, and red pickled ginger to Step 2 and mix together.
- 4. Lay pork belly on a heat-resistant plate, place Step 3 on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
- 5. Top with toppings, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
We use a 10x concentrated Japanese versatile dashi base (Shiro-dashi). Shiro-dashi has different thicknesses and tastes depending on the type, so please refer to the details written on the package and adjust the amount to your liking. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time until thoroughly cooked.
