  • Loin ham
    4 sheets
  • Beaten eggs

  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    3 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper mix

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the core of the cabbage and chop it roughly. Cut loin ham into strips.
  2. 2. Melt the mayonnaise in a medium heated pan, add Step 1, and stir-fry.
  3. 3. When the cabbage has softened, add beaten eggs and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. Once the eggs are cooked, season with salt and pepper mix and remove from heat. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
