- Cabbage250 g
- Loin ham4 sheets
- Beaten eggs2
- Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
How to make
- 1. Cut off the core of the cabbage and chop it roughly. Cut loin ham into strips.
- 2. Melt the mayonnaise in a medium heated pan, add Step 1, and stir-fry.
- 3. When the cabbage has softened, add beaten eggs and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4. Once the eggs are cooked, season with salt and pepper mix and remove from heat. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
