- Water400 ml
- Wheat gulten (Momiji-fu)2 g
- Dried wakame seaweed2 g
- Wateras needed
- Miso2 tsp
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Soak wakame seaweed in water according to the package directions and squeeze out the water.
- 2. Add water and wheat gluten (fu) in a pot, and heat over medium heat.
- 3. When water comes to a boil, add Step 1 and simmer over medium heat.
- 4. When it comes to a boil, add Japanese style granulated soup stock, add and dissolve miso, and remove from heat.
- 5. Serve in bowls and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. Rehydrate wakame seaweed with water according to the package description.
