  • Miso
    1 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove potato eyes. Wash sweet potatoes well.
  2. 1. Cut potatoes into 0.4-inch cubes. Cut sweet potatoes into 0.4-inch cubes, leaving the skin on.
