- Chinese noodles1 head(s)
- Hot water1000 ml
- Tomato1/2
- Chinese chive1/2 bunch/bundle
- Beaten eggs1
- Soup
- (A)Sesame oil1 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic2 tsp
- (B)Hot water300 ml
- (B)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)2 tsp
- (B)Soy sauce1 tsp
- Chili threadsa pinch
How to make
- 1. Boil water in a pot and boil the Chinese noodles according to the time indicated on the package.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Cut the Chinese chives into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 3. Heat ingredient (A) in a pan over medium heat. When the garlic starts to smell, add ingredient (B).
- 4. When Step 3 comes to a boil, add Step 2. When it comes to a boil again, add the beaten eggs.
- 5. Place Step 1 and 4 on a plate after draining the water, top with the chili threads and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. We used raw Chinese noodles this time, but you can substitute dried noodles.
