- Chicken thigh400 g
- Japanese leek1
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)White ground sesame2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the roots of Japanese leek.
- 1. Cut Japanese leek diagonally to the width of 0.4-inch.
- 2. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Put ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry for about 7 minutes until chicken thigh is cooked through.
- 5. Add Step 1 and stir-fry Japanese leek over medium heat until it becomes soft.
- 6. Add Step 3 and stir-fry over medium heat until everything blends well, remove from the heat, plate it, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the stir-frying time according to the size of chicken thigh. After adding the seasonings, continue to mix so they don't get burned. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
