    6 sheets
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2.5 tbsp
  • Lotus root
    60 g
  • Water
    as needed
  • Boiled whitebait
    50 g
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    60 g
  • Toppings
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the lotus root. Roughly chop the parsley. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. 1. Slice the lotus root thinly. Soak in water for about 5 minutes and wipe dry with a paper towel.
  3. 2. Place the gyoza wrappers on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, spread with mayonnaise, and top with Step 1, shredded pizza cheese and whitebait. Bake in a 180°C (360°F) oven for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 3. Serve on a plate, top with parsley and it is ready.
