- Gyoza wrappers6 sheets
- Japanese Mayonnaise2.5 tbsp
- Lotus root60 g
- Wateras needed
- Boiled whitebait50 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze60 g
- Toppings
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the lotus root. Roughly chop the parsley. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
- 1. Slice the lotus root thinly. Soak in water for about 5 minutes and wipe dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Place the gyoza wrappers on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, spread with mayonnaise, and top with Step 1, shredded pizza cheese and whitebait. Bake in a 180°C (360°F) oven for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Serve on a plate, top with parsley and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil.
