- Marshmallow70 g
- Dark chocolate50 g
- Toppings
- Whipped cream30 g
- Chocolate sauce1 tbsp

How to make
- 1. Finely chop the bitter chocolate.
- 2. Heat the plain soymilk in a saucepan over low heat until just before boiling, then add the marshmallows and melt while mixing with a heat-resistant spatula.
- 3. When the marshmallows have melted, turn off the heat, then add Step 1 and mix well with a heat-resistant spatula.
- 4. Once smooth, pour into a bowl, let it cool, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- 5. Squeeze whipped cream, top with chocolate sauce, top with chervil, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Plain soymilk can also be substituted with processed soy milk or regular milk. Bitter chocolate can also be substituted with milk chocolate. This time, we use a heat-resistant spatula.
