How to make
- 1. Slice the garlic thinly.
- 2. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and dust with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the salted butter and Step 1. When the salted butter melts and the garlic starts to smell, add the butter and cook until browned on both sides.
- 4. Add ingredient (A), cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- 5. Open the lid, season with black pepper, remove from the heat, then serve on a plate with the garnishes and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
