- Pizza Dough
- Bread flour150 g
- Sugar10 g
- Dry yeast3 g
- Salt2 g
- Hot water100 ml
- Salad oil5 g
- Sauce
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Mini mozzarella cheese15
- Dry-cured ham (Prosciutto)30 g
- Mesclun greens20 g
How to make
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, add the pizza crust ingredients except for cooking oil one by one and mix together. When the dough comes together, take it out of the bowl and knead.
- 3. When the surface becomes smooth, add cooking oil and knead until it is blended.
- 4. When the dough comes together, cover with a damp cloth and leave for 10 minutes, then use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 8-inch.
- 5. Place Step 4 on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush Step 1 and top with the petit mozzarella cheese.
- 6. Bake in a 200°C (390°F) oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Top with dry-cured ham (prosciutto) and mesclun greens, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil.
