- Karaage (Japanese fried chicken, you may purchase at a nearest Japanese grocery store/e-commerce sites.)200 g
- Green onion20 g
- Seasoning
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar2 tsp
- Chili Oil(La-yu)1 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the root of green onion and slice thinly.
- 2. Add seasonings and Step 1 in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Plate store-bought Japanese fried chicken (karaage), pour over Step 2 and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can make karaage with the frozen one. Please cook after heating as instructed on the package.
