- Rice180 g
- Kimchi100 g
- Hashed beef80 g
- Japanese leek5 cm
- Soy sauce2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Beaten eggs2
- Sesame oil1 tsp

How to make
- 1. Mince the Japanese leeks.
- 2. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry the Japanese leeks prepared in Step 1. When it becomes fragrant, add the hashed beef and stir-fry again.
- 3. Once the hashed beef is cooked, add the kimchi and stir-fry over medium heat. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the rice and stir-fry as you loosen them.
- 4. When the rice becomes non-sticky, add the soy sauce, stir-fry over medium heat, then take it out.
- 5. Heat another frying pan over medium heat and add sesame oil. Pour in the beaten eggs, stir in a circle, and remove from heat when the egg is half-cooked.
- 6. Place the rice from step 4 onto a plate, put the eggs from Step 5 on top as to cover the rice. Finally add some toppings and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can replace the hashed beef with the meat of your choice. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
