- Chinese noodles1 head(s)
- Hot wateras needed
- Soup
- Water400 ml
- Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)2 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Ham1 sheets
- Soft-boiled egg1
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Add the soup ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl to cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Cut the boiled egg in half.
- 3. Cut the ham into 4 equal pieces.
- 4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, and drain off the water. Soak in running water, let it cool, and drain off the water.
- 5. Serve Step 4 in a bowl, pour Step 1, top with Step 3, 2, and young green onions (konegi), and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Follow the boiling time indicated on the package. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
