- Bean sprouts300 g
- Thinly sliced pork150 g
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Ponzu Sauce With Grated Daikon Radish
- Daikon radish200 g
- Ponzu sauce50 ml
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside.
- 1. Add bean sprouts, thinly sliced pork, and cooking sake to a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500 W for 8 minutes.
- 2. When thinly sliced pork is cooked through, remove and drain.
- 3. Grate daikon radish. Drain, place in a separate bowl, and mix with ponzu sauce.
- 4. Place Step 2 and Step 3 on a plate, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
