- Sliced kombu seaweed100 g
- Garlic1
- Whole Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)as needed
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- (A)Sake1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mixas needed
How to make
- 1. Mince garlic.
- 2. Cut the lightly washed sliced kombu seaweed into bite-size pieces.
- 3. Add whole Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume) and Step 1 to a pan with sesame oil. Then, stir-fry over medium heat until the aroma comes out.
- 4. Add Step 2, season with an ingredient (A), and stir-fry over medium heat to finish.
Tips for cooking
・If you don't like spicy food, you can eat it deliciously without whole Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume). ・The texture of sliced kombu seaweed will become soft if you stir-fry it too much, so please watch the heat. ・After lightly washing the sliced kombu seaweed with water, drain the water thoroughly before cooking.
