How to make

  1. Prepare. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Remove the leaves from the stem of the mint, chervil, basil, and Italian parsley and set aside.
  2. 1. Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken thigh, place the lemon and thyme on top, then bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for about 12 minutes until heated through, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
