How to make
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Remove the leaves from the stem of the mint, chervil, basil, and Italian parsley and set aside.
- 1. Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken thigh, place the lemon and thyme on top, then bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for about 12 minutes until heated through, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Peel the lemon and cut them into 8 equal wedges.
- 3. Put the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Put the salad ingredients in another bowl and mix well.
- 5. Place Step 4, then 1 on a plate, pour over Step 3, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
