Ingredients 3 onigiri
- Pork belly6 sheets
- Rice240 g
- Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)3 tbsp
- Salad oil2 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seedsa pinch
How to make
- 1. Separate rice into 3 equal pieces and wrap each of them in a plastic wrap, use hands to press and form a triangle.
- 2. Open up the pork belly and roll Step 1. Change the direction of it and roll it with another piece of pork belly.
- 3. In a pan with cooking oil, place the end of the roll of Step 2 face down and cook over high heat on all sides.
- 4. Once the color of meat changed, add Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce) and coat the rice well.
- 5. Sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds to your liking, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. Please squeeze the rice tightly so that it doesn't fall apart.
