- Rice200 g
- Ground chicken150 g
- Sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger10 g
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Salad oil1/2 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves1 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Roughly chop the sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger.
- 1. Put an ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well.
- 2. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add ground chicken, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the color changes, add Step 2 and stir-fry.
- 3. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat when the liquid has evaporated.
- 4. In a bowl, add rice, sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger, and Step 3, and mix well. Divide it in half, place it on plastic wrap, and form a triangle shape. Make another in the same way.
- 5. Spread green shiso leaves on a plate, top with Step 4, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can also substitute ground chicken with your favorite kind of ground meat.
