How to make
- Prepare. Shred cabbage.
- 1. Cut an avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, cut a 0.8-inch square, and remove the skin.
- 2. Put dough ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Add ingredients for okonomiyaki and mix together.
- 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, pour in Step 3, and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned and cooked through about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 5. Add sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
- 6. Serve Step 4 on a plate, spread Step 5 on top, sprinkle with toppings, and it's ready.
