- Pork loin200 g
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
- Beaten eggs1
- Panko-breadcrumbs4 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed

- Cherry tomato4
- Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stems of cherry tomatoes and set aside.
- 1. Shred cabbage.
- 2. Cut the grains of pork loin. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides, and coat in the order of beaten eggs and panko breadcrumbs.
- 3. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil, heat to 170°C (338°F), add Step 2 and deep-fry. Fry for about 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the inside is cooked through, then drain the oil.
- 4. Cut into bite-size pieces. Serve it on a plate, garnish with cabbage and cherry tomatoes, pour over Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can also substitute your favorite parts for pork loin.
